SHIPPING POLICY
At IGIBEST, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible, including fast and reliable shipping.

All packages are shipped from Monday until Friday. Orders are not be shipped on Bank holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Orders received after 12pm are processed next working day.
All orders will be send by standard delivery and will take around 1-5 business days, excepts holiday periods may take longer.

Important - We do not take responsibility for the parcels if the parcel has been delivered after checking the tracking number.
RETURN & REFUND
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved then your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items.
